In this research work, samples of the biocomposite were manufactured using vacuum assisted resin transfer molding (VARTM) technique, whose matrix is a polyester and reinforcement biaxial fabric (90°) made with jute fiber. Then, tensile flexural tests carried out on standardized specimens under ASTM standards, in order to mechanically characterize jute-polyester biocomposite. both destructive tests, results showed linear-elastic behavior brittle fracture greater strength biocomposite, respect thermosetting matrix’s properties. Subsequently, finite element based static analysis was performed, help ANSYS software, determine mechanical interior opening handle for car door. it, model sensitivity study run influence mesh type identify convergence mesh.
